xIllinois FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) is searching for a Videographer for its State Leadership Conference in Springfield, IL on Thursday, April 13 through Saturday, April 15.
The videographer will shoot video of the attendees (high school students) at the conference, and create a 3-4 minute video as a conference highlight or "flashback" to show at the final session. The video is put to pre-selected music. The videographer will be moving around the conference and event activities, seeking out people, to be in the video, taking both planned and candid shots. The completed video and B-roll would be given to the Conference Media Director for use in future video projects by the organization and be displayed at the final session at the conclusion of the conference. The videographer would have to edit video over a short amount of time (2 days including shooting time). The best candidates would have great editing skills and creativity, along with the comfort and ability to encourage students into making interesting poses or gestures to make the video fun and exciting.
