Conference Program
Busses
Busses should drop off in front of the gym (Building F) and can park in lot 8 or 9.

A campus-wide map and separate building room maps can be found here: Maps
For room maps, click on the Wing on the right of the web page.
Technology
CLC classrooms have desktop computers but they may not be close to where student presenters should stand. Options include:
a. Use desktop, projector, student-provided clicker
b. Use desktop, projector, team member uses mouse but stands away from screen
c. Use your own device--turn around and let judges see your screen. Any sound out of your device is limited to what the device can output. A power outlet might not be close by.
Students will not be able to connect their devices directly to the projector. They should use one of the methods above.
Spectators in Presentation Events
Only certain presentation events can have spectators (audience members), but a student competing in that event can't be a spectator in it. Possible Events to Watch: Chapter Reports, Digital Video, E-Business, Sales Presentation, Website Design, Publication Design, Coding, Computer Game and Mobile App., Public Service Announcement, Graphic Design, Business Financial Plan, Business Plan/Banking and Financial.
Dress Code
Conference Attendees must follow the FBLA Dress Code.
Timers
Timers will stand when their is one minute left in the event, then say "Time's Up" at the end. The presenters stop their presentation at that point.
Wifi
Judges, Advisers, and students in presentation events should use Lancernet as the wifi gateway. No password is required.
Social Media
Use #ilfbla to show off participation when posting on social platforms!
