State President

Hello, Illinois FBLA! My name is Brayden Runyon, and I am incredibly honored to serve as your 2026–2027 Illinois FBLA State President! I am a junior at Richland County High School and have been involved in FBLA since my freshman year. When I first joined, I never imagined that I would one day have the opportunity to represent members from across the state. FBLA has pushed me beyond my comfort zone, helped me become more confident, and introduced me to people who have made a lasting impact on my life. This organization has truly shown me why FBLA is Where Leaders Begin, providing me with lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and opportunities to grow through every success and setback. Outside of FBLA, you can find me participating in FFA, Student Council, Interact Club, 4-H, and Cross Country, working on my family’s farm, or spending time with my family and friends. This year, I hope every member steps outside of their comfort zone, takes advantage of new opportunities, and discovers how they can Drive Their Destiny.
