Darius Anta

State Vice President, Northern Area

Hello Illinois FBLA!
​I'm Darius Anta and I'll be your 2023-2024 State VP representing Northern Area. I'm currently a senior at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire. I've been a part of FBLA since my freshman year and I'm President of my high school's FBLA chapter. My all-time favorite competitive event is International Business, where my time and I placed first at SLC and third at NLC.
Outside of FBLA,  I'm my school's Best Buddies Chapter President, a member of the Participant Advisory Council, and the Recruitment Chair of the Chicago Friendship Walk. I'm also the Vice President of my class, Vice President of the Spanish Honor Society, and love conducting economics/HR research. Fueled by FBLA's entrepreneurial spirit, I run my own marketing firm on the side. I'm so excited for this FBLA season and can't wait to see you all at SLC 2024!
